1. General
BANJARI creates handmade, often personalized jewelry. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information
We do our best to clearly describe each piece of jewelry with photos, sizes, and materials. Please read this information carefully before ordering.

3. Returns
Because our jewelry is handmade and/or personalized, we do not accept returns based on regret or wrong choice.
Only in the event of a demonstrable defect or error on our part will we work together to find a suitable solution. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days.

4. Payment
Orders must be paid in advance using the payment methods offered in the webshop. An order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

5. Delivery
We will ship your order within the stated period. As items are handmade, delivery times may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way.

6. Warranty
Our jewelry comes with a limited 2-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and tear or damage due to use, drops, water, or perfume are not covered by the warranty.

7. Privacy
Personal data will only be used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties, except for shipping purposes.
